Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must be allowed to use social casino games where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.
• One account per person. Your account is personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate information when you register.

Virtual coins and items

• Coins, free spins, album cards, levels, rewards and other in-game items are virtual. They exist only inside the Service, have no monetary value and are not your property. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use them while playing.
• Coins cannot be sold, traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for real money, goods or services, whether through us or anyone else.
• Realms of Luck currently has no purchases. Coins come only from the welcome bonus, daily gifts, gameplay and rewards. If we ever introduce optional purchases, extra terms will apply and will be shown before you buy.
• We may adjust the game economy, including balances, rewards and prices in virtual coins, to keep it fair and working, and we may correct balances affected by errors.

How the games work

Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator on our servers. Each game explains its rules and paytable inside the game. Results in social casino games do not reflect, and are no guide to, the odds or results of real-money gambling. If a game malfunctions, the affected spins or rewards may be voided and corrected.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, exploits or any automated or unauthorized means to play or to gain coins;
• interfere with the Service, try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or reverse engineer the games;
• sell, buy or trade accounts or virtual coins, or offer anything of value for them;
• harass others or use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may remove coins gained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

Realms of Luck, its games, characters (including Nova), artwork, music, logos and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only to play through the Service.

Changes and availability

We are always improving Realms of Luck, so features, games and rewards may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may stop offering the Service. If we do, we will try to give reasonable notice. Because virtual coins have no value, no refund or compensation is due for them.

Closing your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. When an account is closed, its virtual coins and items are forfeited. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost virtual items, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on its own rules and courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and give notice in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.
